Park Royal Beach Cancun

Having a great time with very friendly event staff, who run great games and activities. Beautiful property, prompt service, delicious food, plentiful drinks. Had an amazing dinner service in Andiamo, the Italian restaurant with Alfredo as our server who went above and beyond to accommodate our family, and his supervisor Antonio for running the restaurant in a smooth and efficient manner. Will return 10/10.

Absolutely wonderful resort! We had great service at the Mexican restaurant Frida from Alonso Leon & Didier and the food was delicious, similarly El Pescador was tasty and fresh and Baudelio was a wonderful server, lastly Italian restaurant was delicious as well and Rafael was great! Lorena from the Omelette station was kind and speedy making omelettes. Entertainment was always so fun thanks to Joel, Luis, Monce, and Uciel they were energetic, engaging, and welcomed everyone to participate! Food at the buffet was always delicious, rooms are very clean! Can’t wait to come back!!

Rooms: the ventilation system seriously needed renovation, it smells like it has not been cleaned in a while, sofa also got stains, my walk-in closet started dripping water from the roof on my second night here…. Service: Service here is EXCELLENT every staff is nice and friendly and ready to help, they are trying their best you can tell, the food is amazing, the drink is great, the fries in the deli is fresh and crispy! Location: convenient and the beach is absolutely stunning, out of this world I booked FRIDA Mexican restaurant, the Mexican margarita is amazing, the service by Alonso Leon is great Alonso got good attitude and always smiling, this is what we are looking for in the service industry, keep it on! For the main course, I ordered coconut shrimp, it will be best if its crispy when served, this is the only room for improvement I can say. Great Mexican food and people here they have! Definitely recommended to stay here

We had such a wonderful stay at this family-friendly, budget-friendly resort! It’s not overly large, which actually made the experience feel more relaxed and enjoyable—especially since we were traveling with a big group of 19 family members. We truly had a blast together. The staff were amazing and made our stay even more memorable. Special kudos to Javier, Arturo, Joel, and Louis for their outstanding service and warm hospitality! There are four restaurants to choose from, and our absolute favorite was El Pescador—a must-try if you love seafood. Highly recommend this resort for families looking for a fun and welcoming getaway!

The server (Danny) was super nice to us at the Italian restaurant. He made sure we were content with everything and was very attentive with our orders. He came and sung happy birthday with another coworker and they sung beautifully. Thank you so much for this awesome experience. Food was delicious too!

We had an excellent experience at Park Royal Beach resort. While the spa facilities weren't impressive and the rooms were dated, everything else was truly outstanding! The beach, pool and grounds were beautiful. The food was better than a typical all inclusive. The service across the resort, without exception, was top-notch. Staff were friendly, accommodating, remembered our names and preferences and consistently worked hard to make the resort experience stand out. Staff who provided exceptional service were Juan Carlos, our wonderful concierge, and wait staff, Uvaldo, Marciel and Manuel Pelon. These gentlemen were a true pleasure to interact with each day and enhanced our satisfaction with the resort experience.

The resort provides everything in a well balanced way. It would take you a day to figure out your way around and understand how this place works, but then you'll appreciate how everything is well organized. Here's a few important things to note: - many reviews refer to outdated rooms ... our room was modern (see pictures) and the beds were super comfortable, so maybe our room was newly renovated, but definitely not outdated. The room was also very spacious with a seating area and a kitchenette. - reviews about the buffet options being limited are true, but you can always find something tasty and flavorsome to eat, not to mention that every food item we tried was high quality, and I would take quality over quantity every day. - initially, the idea that you need to fill your water bottle seems demanding, but it's actually super practical and the fountain water was clean and tasted great. - usually my stomach gets impacted by water and food at resorts, but this time I had no issues at all, which is indicative of how well the resort handles food. - Al Veranda is the main restaurant and there's also a snack shack, then there's three a la carte restaurants that you can reserve daily. Make sure you're in line for reservations by 3:30 pm. I would rate FRIDA (Mexican food) as the top choice, then Andiamo (Italian food) and El Pescador (seafood) as secondary. - you can have any drink as non-alcoholic and their coffee is delicious. - the beach is beautiful and seaweed is limited and a non-issue - the rooftop bar and terrace, Ekinox, is a great spot in the evening - shows and activities take place in the lobby on some (not all) evenings - the rooms, the restaurants, the walkways, the whole space is always kept clean - the staff are all pleasant and friendly The only reason I'm giving Park Royal Beach resort 4 out of 5 stars and deducting points for service is because of the Timeshare Sale event we were talked into attending. We were told it was just 90 minutes, but it turned out to be 4 hours of continuous sales tactics that wasted a full day for us. We would've preferred to spend that time on the beach. I won't go into the details of these 4 wasted hours, but I highly recommend you avoid it completely and continue to say "no thank you".

An absolutely unreal place – Uciel & Joel was amazing from start to finish. The setting, atmosphere, and overall experience were outstanding. A special thank you to Carlos, who truly went over and beyond to make our stay perfect. His attention to detail and genuine care made all the difference. We can’t wait to come back! From England
